Esotan 372 MKII Three-way Component System

With a new tweeter, new woofer, new crossover – The Esotan 372 MKII has been constantly improved at all levels, from material to acoustic performance, power handling, and durability. This high-performance package is a 3-way component system comprising one pair each of MT171 tweeters, MF171 midranges, MF172 woofers, and X372 crossovers along with all mounting hardware.

MT171 tweeter

The brand-new MT171 tweeter is equipped with the new coated textile dome, neodymium magnet system, 28mm aluminum voice-coil for providing a flatter frequency response and more detailed and natural reproduction.

MF172 woofer

Equipped with the new optimized MSP Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP) cone, 65mm aluminum voice-coil, and aluminum basket, the brand-new MF172 woofer achieves better control and greater linearity to deliver a very dynamic, natural sound.

MF171 midrange

The MF171 midrange gains an updated Nomex spider for increased system symmetry and power handling, which means improved high-volume performance at midrange frequencies. Of course, it’s still equipped with an aluminum voice-coil, diamond-cut aluminum basket, and midrange grille.

X372 crossover

The X372 is designed for the integration of an automotive stereo system comprising a pair each of the MT171 tweeters, MF171 midranges, and MF172 woofers, and the tweeter and midrange levels can be adjusted – it has three tweeter levels and two midrange levels.
